Rafael's costumes are perhaps the more obvious of reasons to lend the title "extraordinaire" to this multifaceted artist. But, let me assure you, his giftedness is expansive. From the moment I met this Costume Designer for the Production of Les Mis, I knew I would be beside myself to wear his work, and eager to call him friend. Enjoy.
